Returns / Delivery Policy

Contact C&E Specialties customer service to discuss eligibility for possible return of merchandise. All returns must have a return authorization number, which can be obtained by calling customer service at (815) 229-9230, M-F 8am-5pm CST.

 

A return authorization number must be written on the outside of the returned box. All claims for return of merchandise must be made within 10 days of delivery.

 

Returned garments must be folded with the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be charged if the garments are not returned in the condition that they were received (turned right side out, buttoned and folded).

 

No items may be returned if washed or worn. No returns accepted on discontinued or sale items.

 

NOTE: Delivery times for most items are 2-4 weeks once the order is placed.
